Does PC Jeweller not sell nose ring or the traditional Indian Nath?

PC Jeweller introduced Giselli Monteiro as the brand ambassador for its jewellery line. In the above picture Giselli is seen wearing an ear ring, necklace and a mangalsutra. Karva Chauth is approaching soon and the above ad suggests that PC Jeweller doesn't offer Tika and Nath, the important components of Indian jewellery worn on head & nose respectively.

But it's not that Giselli Monteiro said no to wearing a nose ring, it's only that Nath & Tika are generally worn by married women in India. Though, it's ironical that Giselli resembles a married Indian woman in the above advert.
